Review: They have a pay first system. But their service is nice. They serve after the order. They are usually very quick too. The food is great. Their policies are nice. You can exchange the items inside their set menus for good pricing if necessary. For example, I don’t drink pepsi, so the price was adjusted with another drink. The environment is nice. Their kids zone is nice. A lot of people did iftar as well. The food quality was nice as usual.

Review: I will not write anything related to taste. It’s always mouthwatering, everybody knows. This KFC has one issue, that is parking limitations. Still, there are chances of getting parking if you are coming at non-rush hours.

Review: For this branch of KFC Bangladesh, I would like to say it’s a well-decorated place and restaurant in a prime location of Dhaka. The environment outside and inside is well, and the food is also delicious. They have a kids’ play zone and kids menu, but the prices and serving are not up to the mark. They should try to improvise some special offers for students and serve the food as quickly as possible.

Review: Oh!!! Delicious, I love this place and food. Specially “CHICKEN POPCORN” was the best. We miss this item so much. We want “CHICKEN POPCORN” again. Otherwise, all the items are delicious. KFC has the best quality chicken. It would be better if KFC had a “Set menu” for Lunch or Dinner around Tk 200. The environment is good enough. Soft drinks (Krushers) are also very good and reasonably priced. You can drink coffee for only Tk 70. KFC has the highest standard of food in Bangladesh.

Review: I was told that KFC closed down their official franchise in Bangladesh at some point. Apparently, the quality had gone down quite significantly.
However, since then, as I was told, KFC India took over the operations in Bangladesh and refocused on food quality and service.
My experience was okay by international standards and good by Bangladeshi standards. While I think the service was good, I was not very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the specific branch I had been to.
